Human Resources Recruiters/Administrative Assistants

Main responsibilities/tasks of the job include but is not limited to:

He/she is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and assessing job applicants, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. Aside from recruitment duties, the successful candidate will also perform administrative duties such as record-keeping and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management and other business-related courses
  • With 1 year work experience in HR and recruiting or its equivalent is an advantage
  • With excellent communication skills, both in oral and written
  • Can work under pressure with less supervision; attentive to details
  • With excellent work ethics and a positive influencer to the team
  • Team-player, self-motivated and can work in a collaborative environment
