These webcasts aim to provide lawyers, accountants, and other professionals earn their continuing education credits, commonly known as CLEs (Continuing Legal Education for Lawyers), or CPEs (Continuing Professional Education for Accountants).
Job Description
This is a remote position.
Location Requirements:
Must be resident of Legazpi City or in Bicol Region. We require a monthly in-person meeting. Open for fresh graduates.
Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hrs a week from Mondays – Fridays from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
Job Description
The Conference Coordinator supports the Conference Professional Education Team and is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting information from online sources. You will play a vital role in planning and executing successful webcasts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and online research of topics, speakers, and sponsors to ensure timely production of webcasts.
- General administrative tasks and coordinating/communicating mostly via email with the company’s clients and partners.
- Work closely with multi functional teams to ensure the webcasts will run smoothly and meet clients’ expectations.
- Meet or exceed assigned speaker/sponsor quotas on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Collaborate with clients to understand webcasts’ requirements and objectives.
- Plan and manage event programs, schedules, and oversee logistics.
- Promote events through various channels to attract attendees.
- Post-event evaluation to gather feedback and assess the success of the webcasts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB English, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other business-related courses (other bachelor’s degree courses and fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen eye for detail.
- Internet savvy, with good research skills using the internet and other online sources, can work with tight deadlines with less supervision.
- With excellent English writing skills, analytical, and can think outside the box.
- Team player and can work in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated, determined, and goal oriented.
- With excellent work ethics and a positive influencer to the team.
- Skilled with Zoom, CRMs, Google Suite, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
